Try this circuit because it kicked me and my fiances butt:

  • Squats 10x
  • Pushups 5x (girl style is ok)
  • Flutter Kicks (on stomach) 10 secs
  • Bicycle Crunch 20x

Do that as many times as you can without resting for more then 5 seconds for 20 min. 2 days later and it’s hurtin’ y’all.
