Try this circuit because it kicked me and my fiances butt:
- Squats 10x
- Pushups 5x (girl style is ok)
- Flutter Kicks (on stomach) 10 secs
- Bicycle Crunch 20x
Do that as many times as you can without resting for more then 5 seconds for 20 min. 2 days later and it’s hurtin’ y’all.
